SHIPPING and ORDER CONFIRMATION Once you have placed an order, you will be taken to the order confirmation page, at which time you can print out a copy. You will also receive an automatic email confirming the order. Most items are shipped out within 3-4business days once the order has been accepted. TwoStix.com uses FedEx for all shipments because we believe that they provide the highest quality, guaranteed shipments at competitively priced rates. A street address must be provided for delivery. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes.  Our shipping cost is based on total weight of products ordered and overall size of box(es). Additional shipping cost may apply. The following options for shipping will be available for choice in the shopping cart page prior to making the payment. TwoStix.com provides two options for shipping delivery: 1) FedEx 2nd Day Express to anywhere in the Continental United States, once payment has been confirmed. 2) FedEx Ground. Shipments are delivered between 1-5 business days based on the following schedule, once payment has been confirmed. Delivery may slighty vary.
At this time, we accept orders from Alaska, Hawaii and international customers who are shipping to addresses in the continental United States only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and international locations are currently not available from this website. We hope to provide this service soon. If you would like to send items to non-continental U.S. locations, you may contact us for custom orders. You may further contact us regarding our shipping methods. [back to top] RETURNS & EXCHANGES All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Exchanges are only available for those products that were damaged during shipment or if you received the wrong item(s). Customers must email TwoStix.com within 3 days of receipt to receive exchange authorization number. Pre-paid return label, at no cost to you, will be mailed to your address once the authorization number has been issued. Exchange boxes without authorization numbers will not be received and will be returned back to you. Repack the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible).
